Aviastra Flight Charter Ltd is now a proud member of the Baltic Air Charter Association (BACA). BACA represents the interests of commercial aviation companies particularly in the air charter industry.
In 1976 BACA opened membership to include airlines and other non-members of the Exchange who could show they run their aviation business to the same high standards of the original association. The name changed from ‘Airbrokers Association to the Baltic Air Charter Association.
Within BACA’s website there is a list of members and the rules which must be complied with, including;
- to maintain the highest professional standards in their day-to-day business activities &
- to carry out due diligence, to their best endeavours, in order to establish that any operator they engage for a flight or flights is properly licenced, insured, documented and competent, and that the aircraft to be used is airworthy and properly maintained.
